Sister Olga Walker Obituary

Sister Olga M. Walker was born on March 27th, 1950 at home in Kingston, Jamaica. It took a month for her to get to the hospital to record her birth, which is how it became April 27, 1950. She was born to the late Veronica A. Brown and the late Azmin L Brown. She lived at 34 Tavern Avenue in Kingston at the age of 6 and then moved to, Barbican 11 Bird Sucker Lane, Kingston at 8. Before immigrating to America, she attended Papine Senior High School in Kingston, Jamaica. She was a Home Care Nurse alongside, a Landlord for many years in New York City, before retiring and moving to Florida. She married the love of her life, Cosmo Walker in the early 2000. Mrs. Walker was a woman of Yahweh, first and foremost, who put all her trust and faith in him. She enjoyed gardening and going to church, singing in the choir, cooking, cleaning and was amazing at word search puzzles. She was always able to make anyone smile. Sister Walker was preceded in death by her mother, Veronica Brown; father, Azmin L. Brown; her husband, Cosmo Walker; and one of her brothers at childbirth.
