Patrick M. Nelson

Patrick Marquis Nelson was born on December 24, 1996, in Zephyrhills, Florida to Sonya Sims. He departed his life on June 1, 2021. Patrick had many passions including playing basketball, music and spending time with his son, King. Patrick graduated from Zephyrhills Christian Academy where he also played football and basketball. Patrick was engaged to Stephanie Suchocki to whom he spent the last 5 years with. Patrick welcomed his only child, King Markus Nelson on September 13, 2020. Patrick is survived by Sonya Sims (mother), Brian Sims (step-father), Kimberly Nelson (step-mother), Steven McCullough (grandfather), Terri Holmes (grandmother), Andrew Holmes (grandfather), Stephanie Suchocki (fiancé), King Nelson (son), Cameron Tucker (brother), Annabel Regino (sister-in-law), Orion Wiggerton Jr. (brother), Cayden Sims (brother), Ryan Green (brother), Serena Green-Jones (sister), Shekinah Cummings (sister), Terrence Green (brother), Victor Nelson Jr. (brother), Steven McCullough Jr. (uncle), Johnathon McCullough (uncle), Kevin Nelson (uncle), Donna Lee (aunt), and a host of cousins and loving friends.  Patrick was preceded in death by Earlene Morgan (grandmother).

*Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have implemented necessary procedures during Visitations, Funeral Ceremonies, Gravesides, and other public and private ceremonies.  We do ask that all visitors of these services to please continue to wear your masks and please remember to social distance.  These new policies may be inconvenient, but due to the severity of the virus, we ask that everyone be considerate, patient, and safe with others as we try to get through this most difficult time.  Seating during services may be limited so please be considerate of the immediate family especially.  

*If you are attending a Graveside service or an Outdoor Celebration you are welcomed to bring your own chair as seating will be limited!  We will provide water to make everyone as comfortable as possible.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation during this time. We pray that everyone stays safe and cooperative with the current CDC rules.
