Carol Ann Pryor Lott was born March 3, 1953 in Dade City, Florida to the late Herman Pryor and Jackie Hill Pryor. She was a lifelong resident of Dade City, Florida, and a woman remembered for her strength, love for family, and quiet faith. She was educated in the Pasco County School System and graduated from Pasco Comprehensive High School. At an early age, she joined St. Luke Apostolic Church under the leadership of Pastor Annie McKnight, where she nurtured her faith and fellowship. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Clarence Lott; her son, Demetrius Lott; and her brother, Michael Pryor. On Sunday, May 3, 2026 Carol departed this life surrounded by her loving family. Carol leaves to cherish her loving memory: her devoted children, Dwayne Collins, Darrell Collins, and Donna Collins; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Harold Pryor, Patricia Pryor and John Pryor, Sr.; special family members and friends including, Laura Tucker and Pat Raind; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends. Carol Ann Lott’s love, wisdom, and presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy will continue through the lives of those she loved and touched who will forever treasure her memory.
