Ella Ruth Collins, a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and a friend to many, was born December 21, 1959 in Webster, Florida to the late Willie Mobley and the late Lillie Mae Pope. Ella received her formal education through the Pasco County School System and graduated from Moore Mickens High School. Ella worked several places including: St. Leo College, Pasco Hernando State College, Cal-Maine Foods, and Kumquat Groves, until her retirement. She loved playing cards, fishing, listening to music, dancing, and loved spending time with family and friends. On Sunday, November 2, 2025 Ella was called home to her resting place, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Ella was preceded in death by: her two sons, Frederick Mobley and Devonte Mobley; grandson, Alfloyd Mobley, Jr.; and her parents. She leaves to cherish fond memories with: a devoted husband, Willie Collins of Dade City, Florida; children, Vonette Mobley (Willie), Alfloyd Mobley (Margarita), and Willie Mobley (Simone) all of Dade City, Florida; siblings, Frank Pope (Wilma), Anita Knight (Purcell), Theresa Jordan (Walter), and Sylvia Sanders (Willie); grandchildren, Janeshia Mobley, Moesha Beasley, Jasmine Beasley, De’shawn Mobley (Bailey), Aaliyah Mobley, De’shae Mobley, Jacquez Mobley, De’vonte Mobley, Alfloyd Mobley III, Arielle Mobley, Shamar Mobley, Matthew Mobley, Andrew Mobley, Isaiah Mobley, Serena Gomez, Marcelino Gomez, Jr., Armando Gomez (Nadia), Jacob Gamez, and Miranda Gamez; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other sorrowing relatives and friends. The family would like to give a special thank you to: Skipper, Pastor Kenneth Buzzie and church family, City of Dade City, HPH Hospice, Linda Hambrick, Vanessa Hambrick, and Eugenia Walker.
