Michael, affectionately known as “Mike” was born on December 31, 1969 in Waycross, Georgia to Zemmery Odell Cecil Sr. and Lorene Wooten Grant. He later relocated with his family to Orlando, Florida where he attended Orange County Public Schools. Mike enjoyed watching basketball, movies, trips to the beach, and spending time with family and friends. He worked various jobs utilizing his fork-lift operator certification. On October 10, 2021 he was united in holy matrimony to Yolanda Kay Womack and relocated to Lacoochee, Florida. Mike rededicated his life to Christ and joined New Bethel AME Church under the leadership of Reverend Patrea Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents Zemmery Odell Cecil Sr. and Lorene Wooten Grant; brothers James Tyrone Cecil, Zemmery Odell Cecil Jr., Allen Charles Cecil, and Darrell Cecil. On August 3, 2024 Mike was called home. He leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving and devoted wife Yolanda Womack-Cecil of Lacoochee, Florida; six sons Michael Tyrone Cecil Jr., Earl Graham, Calvin Samuel, Kayleb Samuel, Ryan Cecil, and Jabari Cecil; two daughters Richonda Samuel and Shabria Cecil; Grandkids Syniah, Eliyanna, Earl, Kalina, Kali, and Zayda; one sister Carol Cecil-Walker; mother-n-law Lillie Wormack; Brother-n-laws Richard Wormack, Willie Wormack (Edith), Donald Wormack, David Womack (April), and Samuel Womack; Sister-n-laws Carrie Cecil, Louise Meadows, Doris Wormack, Vivian Missouri, Shannon Campbell (Phil), Constance Starks (Frank), Christi Bennett (Victor), Stephanie McGhee (Terry); two uncles Alphonso Cecil and Theophilus Cecil; one aunt Ann Wagner; a loving Godmother Agnes Abner; Godbrother and special friend Sean Abner; and a host of godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
