Lorenzo Courtney

Lorenzo Courtney was born April 9, 1961, to the union of the Late Herman  Courtney and the Late Amanda Courtney. Lorenzo attended the public schools of Pasco County where he met and made many lasting friendships. Lorenzo was a jack of all trades, and he would lend a helping hand to anyone in need. You could find Lorenzo in his truck hauling junk and mowing lawns.  He will be greatly missed by his community. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Jerome Courtney and Herman Courtney II. On March 21, 2022, Lorenzo  was called home to his eternal rest.  He leaves to cherish his memory: a loving daughter, Tamika Duncan; grandchildren, Kieyonn Duncan, Christopher Hicks Jr., and Tamara Anderson; a long time companion, Marry Ann Gallimore; brother, Alfred (Tiffany) Courtney and Gary Courtney (Louise); sisters-in-law, Laura Courtney, and Agnes Stewart; nephews, Herman Courtney III and Jerome Courtney Jr.; nieces, Laquila Courtney, Jikita Courtney; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and sorrowing friends.

*Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have implemented necessary procedures during Visitations, Funeral Ceremonies, Gravesides, and other public and private ceremonies.  We do ask that all visitors of these services to please continue to wear your masks and please remember to social distance.  These new policies may be inconvenient, but due to the severity of the virus, we ask that everyone be considerate, patient, and safe with others as we try to get through this most difficult time.  Seating during services may be limited so please be considerate of the immediate family especially.  

*If you are attending a Graveside service or an Outdoor Celebration you are welcomed to bring your own chair as seating will be limited!  We will provide water to make everyone as comfortable as possible.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation during this time. We pray that everyone stays safe and cooperative with the current CDC rules.
