Kenneth Lavet Green was born March 21, 1976 in Dade City, Florida to the late Kenneth Green and the late Annette Hamilton. Kenneth, also know to many as "Tate" attended and graduated from the Pasco County School System, where he met and made many lasting friendships. Tate later relocated to Jacksonville, Florida where he also met and made many friends. He was employed by Dupuy Silo for many years. Tate enjoyed his family and his friends and had a special love and passion for cars and motorcycles. He would spend countless hours working on them and riding them. He was a fun and loving son, nephew, father and friend. Tate's life was suddenly bought to a close on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was preceded in death by his patents; his maternal grandparents, Lonnie Clemmons Sr. and Lucybell Clemons; and his paternal grandparents, Richard Graham and Beulah Green. Tate is survived by his loving and devoted sisters, Annette Lewis of Dade City, FL, Ardeshia Green Rose of Port Wentworth, Georgia and Keira Green of Dade City, Florida; brother, Ivory Hamilton of Lacoochee, Florida; a loving and devoted aunt, Lucybell Clemons (Napalean Richardson, Sr.); other aunts, Mary Jordan of Madison, FL, Regina Clemmons of Lacoochee, FL, Lillian Bryant of Orlando, FL and Rose Miller of Orlando, FL; uncles, Richard Hamilton (Beulah), Anthony Green (April) and Vincent Green (Gloria); children raised as his own, Mi'Keya Reed and Kavion Pressley; a longtime companion, Jamela Morgan; two very special friends, Donnie Sims and Nowee Martinez; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends.
