James Carlton Robinson

Mr. James C. Robinson was born September 22, 1967 in Danville, New York to Shirley Ann Lovette Williams and the Late L.C. Cooper. James was a hard worker and a loving family man. He was the type of person who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He was very humorous and enjoyed making people smile. James worked as an entrepreneur as well as a handy man. He was a great husband and a great father and was a sharp dresser. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him dearly. James was preceded in death by his father; sisters, Brenda Lee Lovette, Marylene Robinson, and Sherese Trenell Robinson; and his brother, Harry Thomas. On March 15, 2023, James life was bought to a close. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Lenore Robinson; children, Marcus Larry, Brianne Robinson, Kianeau Robinson, Bailee Goff, Destiny Robinson, Kierra Holt, Sheliah Givens, Jalen Stagger Overton, Leandre Staggers Overton and Ethan James Robinson (Overton); 5 loving grandchildren and 1 grandchild on the way; sisters-in-law, Rita, Danielle and Kertrella, Tina and Yvonne; brothers-in-law, Gary Duck and Terrance McClellan; mother-in-law, who was like a mother, Lillian E. Holt; and a host of aunts, uncles, friends and family as well as classmates.
