Upon retiring from the V.I. Police Department, Herbert relocated to Tampa, FL with his beloved wife Zee. Rumbeau’s retirement was short lived as he joined the Department of Children and Family Services for a span of five years. Retiring for a second time, Herbert took the time to enjoy family, friends and the great outdoors. Herbert has always been a man of discipline and character.
