Evangelist Frances Dramer Cheatum was born March 28, 1937 in Adele, Georgia to the Late Ernest Horn and Minnie McCormick. She was educated in the Cook County school system. Frances made her earthly transition on December 23, 2018 in Tampa, Florida. Frances accepted Christ as her personal Savior and decided to walk with Him daily. Frances was a servant of God who trusted God as her source of strength and was a dedicated member of St. Luke Apostolic Faith Church in Dade City, Florida for many years. She served as a choir member and as an Evangelist. Frances married Izell Cheatum on November 15, 1952 in Adele, Georgia and to this union five children were born. Frances was also preceded in death by her husband, Izell Cheatum; brother, Robert McCormick; sisters, Susan McCormick, Delzena Baker, Willie Anne McCormick, Maggie Gear and Virginia Grimes She leaves fond memories of her with her loving and devoted children, Izele Cheatum, Billy Cheatum (Victoria), Stephone Cheatum (Summer) and Keith Cheatum; one daughter, Belinda Singleton (Alonzo); twenty-two grandchildren; thirty-nine great grandchildren; one brother, Ernest P. Horn; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing relatives and friends.
