Evangelean ("Tina") George

Evangelean "Tina" George was born March 15, 1959 in Wilson, North Carolina to the late, Willie and Mattie Clemmons.  Tina worked over 20 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant and in more recent years she was employed at Steph's Soul Food Restaurant.  Tina enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Tina was a faithful member of  Full Gospel Church of God in Christ, where she served faithfully until her declining health.  She departed this life after a long illness on Friday, December 8, 2023 in Zephyrhills, Florida.  Tina was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim George; sisters, Ruby Thomas, Connie Clemmons and Brenda Clemmons; and her brother, Jimmy Clemmons.  Tina is survived by her sisters, Inez Clemmons (Clyde) of Dade City, Florida and Tracy Clemmons of Tampa, Florida; brothers, Ollie Clemmons and Bookie Clemmons (Bay) both of Wilson, North Carolina; Bo Clemmons (Terry) of Albany, Georgia, Bobby Clemmons (Renee) of Richmond, Virginia and Wellington Bush of Wilson, North Carolina; best friend, Wanda Taylor; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends.
