Dora Lee (Craig) Woods was born January 26, 1946 in Dade City, Florida to the Late James Henry and Willie Julia Craig. Dora received her formal education at Moore Academy where she met and made many friends. Dora accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church. Dora was a quiet and reserved person, but had a deep love for her family and cherished the community that she grew up and lived in. Dora was employed by the Pasco County School Board for many years before her retirement. On Thursday, June 7, 2018, God saw fit to close Dora's loving eyes and she went home peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Dora was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Willie Joe Woods, Jr.; grandson, Jaylen Jamal Woods; and one sister, Deborah Craig. She leaves precious memories with five devoted children, Bonita Holloman (Lonell) of Zephyrhills, FL, Alter Watkins, Carla Craig and Andre Woods (Syreeta) all of Dade City, FL and Kendrick Woods (Melissa) of Brandon, FL; eighteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; eight brothers, Willie James Craig (Dorine), Roger Owens, Herchel Craig, Noel Craig, Frank Craig (Harriett) all of Dade City, FL, Bernard Craig of St. Thomas, PA, Joseph Craig of Miami, FL and Terry Craig of Tampa, FL; five sisters, Diane Thompson (Nathaniel), Julia Carol Kinsler, Ulela Jones (Clifford) all of Dade City, FL, Betty Miller (Ronald) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Yvonne Stoudemire (Clark) of Alabama; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends.
