Deltra Miller Obituary

Deltra Leanne Miller affectionately known to many as "Dell" was born November 17, 1969 in Dade City, Florida to the Late Benjamin and Inez Miller.  She attended the Public School System of Pasco County graduating from Pasco High School in 1987.  She later attended CNA classes at Moore Mickens Academy where she earned her CNA and Home Healthcare Certificate. Deltra also attended St Leo College/University on-line.  Dell was employed in the Healthcare profession, she was a Bartender and her most rewarding job was in taking care of her Daddy, Ben Miller.  Her hobbies were fixing hair, being the family and friend comedian (she was the laughter of the crowd, making jokes), playing computer games like Candy Crush, and hanging out with her group of friends. Dell enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She was the life of any party. She loved to laugh and have a fun time with those closest to her.  Dell departed this life on Sunday, March 21, 2021.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her dearly.   Dell is survived by her loving and devoted siblings,  Apostle Saundra Coward (Dade City), Benjamín F Miller Jr, (Debra) Hinesville GA, Barbara Ann Miller (Dade City), Janet Harris (James Harris), Elizzine Miller (Deceased), Dometa Mitchell (Lakeland), Charline Miller (Lakeland), Marvin Miller. and Leslie Miller (Dade City); God Sister and Brother, Demetria and Demarcus Godbolt (Dade City), and  Alice Floyd (Dade City); god children, Atiyonna Odessa Renee Taylor, Arieyonna Monica Taylor, Zaniya Jackson, Jaliak Richardson, Javonni LeAnna Roelke, Xavier Anderson, and Sime’on Roberts; best friends, Ricky Clayton, Sarina (Gena) Anderson; special friends,  Lorenzo Rooks, Ronnie Barber, Phelema Lee, Desmond Christopher and Tracy Anderson; aunts, Claudia Coger, Cleopatra Steele, Maxine Tucker, Dorsey Steele, Rose Davis, Sherry Miller Brown and Cynthia Steele; uncles, Samuel Steele, Robert Steele, Alfreddie Steele, and Richard Davis; and a host of sorrowing nieces, nephews, cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends.   

 

*Due to the Conoravirus pandemic, all services will institute the CDC guidelines throughout the duration of the Visitation, Funeral, Graveside, or Memorial services.  Masks must be worn during every Visitation, Funeral, Graveside, or  Memorial service, this assures that everyone is safe.  We also ask that everyone practice social distancing at all times.  If you are attending a public graveside service, we ask that you bring your own chair and provide your own water bottle, should you need either of the two.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
