Ceval McIntosh, affectionately known as "Mack" was born in Jamaica, West Indies on October 28, 1935, to the union of the Late Lillian McIntosh (Green) and Eustace McIntosh. The union produced 9 children and three others for Eustace McIntosh. Mack was raised in a Christian environment and has a spiritual heritage. He has been a resident of Dade City, Florida for over 40 years. Here is where he has met and made many lasting friendships. Proceeding him in death are seven siblings, Albert McIntosh, Eulalee McIntosh (Nee Jarrett), Wilburglen McIntosh, Joseph McIntosh, Dennis McIntosh, Florence McIntosh, and Linden McIntosh. Mack was also preceded in death by the mother of his children, Viviene Grant. Mack is survived by his loving children, Ingrid, Sharon, Charmaine, Andrea, Crystal, Sheree, Seval, Clive, and Sherlon; son-in-law, Jessie Ollis; grandchildren, Delisha, Samantha, Alisha, Zoii, Jodie, Jamar, Dane, and Kevin Jr.; numerous great-grandchildren; siblings, Beatrice Brown (Clement), Percival McIntosh (Edith), Leo McIntosh (Claudia), and Allan McIntosh (Beverly); and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other sorrowing family and friends; special friend, Annette Smith.
