Beverly Jean Davis-Hives, of Dade City, FL, entered eternal rest on April 30, 2024. Born on April 9, 1962, to the late Ulysee Wells and Minnie E. Howell in Dade City, FL, She was reared and raised by Annie Davis in Miami, FL, Beverly was a spirited and vibrant soul whose presence brought joy to those around her. Her departure has left a void in the lives of so many people. In times of spiritual reflection, Beverly reacquainted her walk with the Lord under the Leadership of her brother, Pastor Derald R. Bryant at Redeemed By The Blood Ministries, Church of God In Christ, Triangle, VA. She wanted to make her election and calling with the Lord sure. Beverly’s family bonds were the cornerstone of her life. Her nieces & nephews loved being in her presence. Their testament would be that “she was the best aunti any niece or nephew could wish for”. She is survived by her children, Trudy Davis; Tankeyia Davis, and Philip Evans; her cherished grandchildren, Shedrick Russell, Denavion Davis, Shanti & Silas Sampson, Asha Tillman, Keiara Langley, Aaliyah Evans and Armani Evans; her adored great-grandchildren, Maddison Russell and Josiah Thomas; a “To-Be” granddaughter-in-love, Briana Garcia Madison; her beloved mother, Minnie E. Howell; siblings, Pastor Derald (Barbara) Bryant, Sr., Wanda Wells, Acie Howell, Anthony (Tameka) Howell, Tonya Howell, Shaqundra (Anthony) Norman; Verna Alfreda Hill, Freddy Davis, and Jermekia Libson. A host of nephews, nieces, great nieces, and great nephews. Two uncles, Bennie (Janice) Well, Jr. and Nathaniel (Diane) Howell, Sr., two Aunts, Eula Marbra and Kathryn Taylor, a dear friend until the end, Kenny Hives. Her gentle soul was preceded in death by her adopted mother, Annie Davis; her fathers, Ulysee Wells and Acie Howell; grandmothers, Gladys Bryant & Lucille Dickey, grandfather, Frank Robinson, a brother, Ulyssee Bryant, a grandson, Jadarrion Johnson and her favorite great-uncle, Oscar Hicks The family invites friends and loved ones to join in remembrance of Beverly’s life. Services will be held at Living Water’s United Church (LWUC), Dade City. Pastor Deundric Reed who has graciously open is doors for services and support during this time of the family loss.
