Benjamin Franklin Miller, Sr., better known to many as "Mr. Ben", was born the son of the Late Charlie and Elizabeth Miller in Winter Park, Florida on December 20, 1930. He attended and graduated from Moore Academy. Ben was know for his basketball talent. He was often called "Smokey" by many. Ben had a passion for dressing and was known as one of the best dressed men of Dade City. Ben was preceded in death by his wife, Inez Miller; 1 daughter, Elizzine Miller; 2 brothers, Sylvester and Charlie Miller and 2 sisters, Aretha and Willie Mae Miller. Ben Miller departed this life on Thursday, December 29, 2020 in Tampa, Florida. Surviving his departure with loving memories are: 2 sons, Benjamin F. Miller Jr. (Deborah) of Hinesville, Georgia and Marvin Miller of Alabama; 7 daughters, Chief Apostle Saundra Coward of Lakeland, Florida, Barbara Miller of Dade City, Florida, Janet Harris (James) of Dade City, Florida, Elder Dometa Mitchell of Lakeland, Florida, Charline Miller of Lakeland, Florida, Deltra Miller and Leslie Miller both of Dade City, Florida; favorite granddaughter, Jimeta Tucker (Jesse) of Dade City, Florida; 18 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Rose Davis (Richard) of Jacksonville, Florida and Sherry Brown of Bronx, New York; adopted daughters, Alice Floyd of Lakeland, Florida; god daughter, Angela Taylor; and a host of nieces nephews, cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends.

Masks must be worn during every Visitation, Funeral, Graveside or Memorial service, this assures that everyone is safe. We also ask that everyone practice social distancing at all times. If you are attending a public graveside service, we ask that you bring your own chair and provide your own water bottle, should you need either of the two.
