Anthony Arnez Bush

Anthony A. Bush was born on August 6, 1960 in Dade City, Florida to the Late Louis and Doris Bush Samuels. Anthony graduated from Pasco Comprehensive High School in 1978. After graduating from high school, he attended Prairie View A&M University on a football scholarship and later transferred to Southern University where he was a member of the marching band. After college, Anthony settled down in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and worked for American Airlines from 1991 until his death. He found joy in his work, traveling and nice cars! Anthony departed this life on January 6, 2023. He is preceded in death by his god sister, Felisha Barker. He leaves precious memories with, his daughter, Tiffany Ferguson; grandson, Zalon Ferguson of Houston, Texas; brother, Robert Bush (Loraine) of Hinesville, Georgia; stepbrother, Ainsworth Samuels of St. Catherine, Jamaica; stepsister, Colleen Scott (Ransford) of St. Andrew, Jamaica; Uncle, Ira T. Bush Jr.; Aunts, Mattie Bennett and Joann Bush; nieces, JaVoni Canty, Taneisha Griffiths, Treshia Griffiths; Mentors, Coach Larry Wright and Coach Willie B. Broner; Close friends, Richard Graham, Daryl 'Sugar Bear' Bryant, Betty Davis and Melvin Dennard; and a host of other family and friends.
