Annette H. Provost (Creutz) was born January 17, 1937 in Manhattan, New York. She was the daughter of the Late Horace Creutz and Patricia (Doyle) Creutz-Cumbie. She then moved to Florida, where she grew up. She met the love of her life, Richard A. Provost while he was stationed at MacDill Air Force Base. The couple later moved to Salem, Massachusetts where they would raise seven children together. Ann was well known for her quick wit and take charge attitude but most importantly, how much she cherished her family. She worked as a Hairdresser while raising seven children and later worked at Salem State College, where she treated the students as if they were her own. In 2000, Ann and Dick retired and moved back to Florida to enjoy retired life with brothers, Pat Creutz and wife, Cathy and Mickey Creutz and wife, Sylvia. Ann leaves behind: her devoted and loving husband of over 65 years, Richard A. Provost; her sons, Michael Provost and wife, Sharon, Ronald Provost, Daniel Provost and wife, Jonie, Timothy and wife, Mary, and Christopher Provost and wife, Kristine; daughters-in-law, Gail and Carol; grandsons, Rick, Adam, Derick, Ryan, Cory, Benjamin, and Devon Provost; granddaughters, Meghan (Provost) Mancuso, Amy (Provost) Andraid, Melissa, Jennifer and Kelsie Provost; seven great-grandchildren; and several niece's and nephews.
