Earl Stanley Brockington Sr. was born August 15, 1956, in Fort McCoy, Florida to the Late James Brockington and the Late Deborah Wilcox. Earl received his formal education at Moore Mickens Academy, where he met and made many friends. Earl was a loving father, grandfather, a great friend to many and an awesome brother to his siblings. Earl always had a smile on his face, no matter what life presented him. He loved to go fishing and spend time with his grandchildren. With his many accomplishments, he was very enthusiastic about receiving his driver's license. Earl will truly be missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, Freddy Brockington and Ralph Brockington. On Monday, November 25, 2019, God called Earl home to rest. He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving and devoted children, Lashawnda Marbra (David), Christine Mixon all of Lumberton, FL , Earl Brockington Jr. (Harriet) of Dade City, FL, and Shalonda Brockington of Lumberton, FL, Clarica Lee of Tampa, FL; 20 grandchildren; 3 brothers, Lawrence Brockington of Daytona Beach, FL, Lloyd Brockington of Lumberton, FL and Mack Brockington (Patricia) of Lumberton, FL; sisters, Gracie Brockington and Ernestine Wilder (Allen) all of Daytona Beach, FL; 1 sister-in-law, Emma Brockington of Lumberton, FL . Earl will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him dearly.
